About the Owner

Tracy has more than 25 years’ experience in progressive safety management and advisory positions with 19 of those as a Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). Receiving her designation in 2002, with an educational background that includes: Masters Certificate in Project Management; a Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering and Technology; Adult and Post-Secondary Education; and a Chemical Engineering Technology and Safety Engineering Diplomas. She has completed a 'Leading a Mentally Healthy Workplace Certificate' and is a CMHA Psychological Health & Safety Advisor. As an occupational health and safety project manager, she has always supported and guided organizations to bring their projects and visions to support customer and employee health and safety to reality. Tracy's background in adult and post-secondary education has positioned her well to assist in the development and delivery of online and in person educational programs that are geared towards the adult learner. Tracy has been involved in the implementation of many projects during her professional career, from implementation of HACCPP in a food facility, delivering environmental and safety management programs (including, 14000 & 18001), and working with the CSA psychosocial safety standard. In recent years Tracy's focus has been more centered around mental health and ensuring organizational leaders lead a mentally healthy workplace and provide psychologically safe work environments for their workers. In her personal life, Tracy helped build four homes and also has a number real-estate investments including a 12-unit senior’s complex.
